Policies and Procedures

Due to provision of the Patriot Act, London Coin Galleries will not accept cash on sizable bullion purchases, even if the amount is under $10,000. Please make your payment by bank wire or cashier's / personal check or make arrangement with the gallery manager. We will generally accept cash on transactions of less than $4,000 but will not accept multiple transactions from the same customer. Delivery of purchased bullion will occur after checks or wire transfers have cleared our bank. Most other bullion dealers in Southern California have similar policies.

We regret the need to have this policy, but the risks that the Patriot Act would be interpreted in a way to make cash transaction improper and the penalties imposed are too great.

Product Availability

London Coin Galleries maintains a reasonable inventory of all products named in this brochure, as well as many others. Should our supplies run low, or not meet your needs we will accept a 20% deposit (non-refundable) to lock in the price of your order, balance payable in full on delivery of merchandise.

Returns/Refunds

All precious metal sales are final; no returns or refunds, no exceptions. London Coin Galleries will buy back all precious metal at current market value.
