This warranty applies only to mechanical watches purchased at London Coin Galleries, Mission Viejo. We warrant that the watch described herein will be free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to or cover the stem, crown, crystal or wear to the case and bracelet, cord, or strap, and does not protect against moisture or water damage if the model is not water resistant. This warranty does not include damage or apply to defects which are caused, directly or indirectly, by misuse, abuse, negligence of the user, accident, repairs or alterations not made by us (including battery replacement), or tampering with or opening of the watch. This warranty is valid only if the original case, crystal, and crown remain intact or if any prior work has been performed by the watch manufacturer (factory) or London Coin Galleries, Mission Viejo.
